This project started with the structural work required to level and sure up a second story enclosed porch. New footings were poured, columns were added and structural ties were added to joinery of questionable nature.
A concrete pad to support the hot tub was added. The deck and rails were finished in redwood. Finally the rear steps were added for easy access to the garden.
