Del Corazon in a Bottle

My gal gave me the cutest nip size bottle of tequila and being obsessed with the Del Corazon as it were, I decided to stuff one in. I carved the hull out of a piece of scrap poplar and formed the masts from bamboo. Some wire was used for the pulpits and thread for the rigging. I used rolling papers for the sails. The ocean was made with blue tissue paper and epoxy resin. When the ocean cured to leather hard I rolled it up and stuffed it and the boat into the bottle.
Looks like a tasty bottle of tequila! I’m amazed you where able to create that little boat after drinking.
I started feeling like I’d been drinking tequila watching that boat spin! It’s great. I would have cheated and cut the bottom off the bottle (gluing it on again later)…
