Wait For Me

September 1, 2008 · Print This Article

Distance keeps us from those we love. In those moments of seperation we come to a renewed place of commitment and find ourselves singing wait for me.

This song was written over 40 years ago by my gal’s dad, Neville.  While in Africa on a visit I recorded him singing it as well as most of the video.  Once back in the states I added some instruments and back up vocals to the audio.

    Oh jeepers,that’s a beautiful weeper.

Frank-E, just perusing your fantastic website. I love the foot painting and especially the description of the dream that inspired it. I can’t wait to show J-free the boat related vids. Speaking of wait for me, he has just this morning sailed off on a two week passage ending in Antigua. As you said, it is always a renewal for all. Much love, art and music to you, Lorna
